Your Guide to a Smooth WaxKitty™ Experience
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens, we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This helps us offer that spot to another client eagerly awaiting some silky-smooth skin.
- For any changes made within 24 hours of your service, a 30% charge of the regular service price will be applied to your account.
- You can easily reschedule or cancel online through your profile, or simply email us at support@waxkitty.ca.
No-Show Policy
Missed your appointment without a heads-up? We understand that sometimes things slip through the cracks. However, if you don't show up for your appointment without calling or emailing us beforehand, a 50% charge of the regular service price will be added to your account. This spot was reserved just for you, and we appreciate your understanding!
Running Late?
If you're running a little behind, please let us know! Our Estheticians will do their best to accommodate you, but please understand that we might not be able to guarantee your full service, or you might need to wait a bit if we have another client booked right after. We always try our best to keep things on schedule for everyone.

At WaxKitty™, the safety and comfort of both our clients and X-Perts® are our top priority. For Male Brazilian / Manzilian services, it's crucial that your groin area is in a flaccid state during the procedure.

- Your Skin's Health: Increased blood flow can make the skin more sensitive, increasing the risk of irritation or injury. Just like we wouldn't perform hair removal on skin compromised by certain medications, we prioritize healthy skin integrity.
- Professional Conduct: Our X-Perts® are trained professionals, and we maintain a strictly professional environment.
- It's Natural: We know many men worry about this, but please be assured that increased blood flow is natural and can occur. Our staff are completely professional and will never judge or belittle you.
If increased blood flow occurs, your WaxKitty™ Esthetician will continue working around the area until it returns to a flaccid state. If it persists, your Esthetician will end the session, and you can rebook when you feel more prepared. We appreciate your understanding and respectful behavior!
Etiquette Policy
Our WaxKitty™ Estheticians are licensed professionals, experts in sugaring, waxing and laser hair removal . We are committed to providing you with a safe, comfortable, and professional experience. Any indication of improper behaviour, harassment, or sexual suggestion will result in the immediate termination of current and future services with any WaxKitty™ staff, at our facilities, or during events, and may lead to legal action.
